04 Jul Happy Independence Day 2013!
(this printable can be downloaded for free here, and was created by my sweet friend from college, shalene, who writes the blog, faith & composition)
Happy Fourth of July, Everyone! What are your plans today? Ours include family, friends, neighbors, good food, the pool, fireworks, and my kids favorite – our neighborhood parade. These photos are from last year, but they tell the story of a typical 4th of July for us. Also, how precious is the band that plays at our parade?! Yes, that is Santa. He lives part of the year here in Texas in my neighborhood to escape the chilly North Pole. (wink)
Have a wonderful day celebrating our country and all of the freedoms we are so fortunate to have here – freedoms many have lost their lives for. And try to get a little rest, too – it is, after all, a holiday.
If you missed the Vintage Americana Nursery I posted yesterday, see it here. It is worth your time! See you here tomorrow for “Pinterest Taught Me How To”.
