Greek key.  A timeless geometric pattern.  It is nearly foolproof, and adds instant glamour and chicness to a room.  Nice 1 1/2″ to 2″ Greek key trim can run you around $20 a yard, but as I was making a return to Joann’s yesterday, something caught my eye.

From Left to Right: Ivory/Spring Green, Red/Gold, Brown/Tan, Ivory/Khaki, Powder Blue/Chocolate, Black/White, Black/Gold, Silver/Chocolate

Oh yes!  Greek key trim in a myriad of colors!  Normally $6.99 a yard, it is 50% off right now which brings it to $3.49 a yard!  If you have a boring pair of drapery panels in your home you want to glam up before the holidays, this is your answer!  This doesn’t even have to be a sewing project – grab some fabric glue while you are there, and go home and glue the trim to the edge of your drapes.  No one will know – it can be our little secret.  (wink, wink)  You could do this on a pillow, too!

The trim is 1 3/4″ wide.  A nice size, and actually, an incredible size and feel for the price!
