Now that the Addition is so so close to being done, I am in full decorating mode as I try to get it together.  In my mind, I knew I wanted the antique factory table I showed you yesterday, and I knew I wanted a roll arm sofa.  I was trying to channel my inner Sofia Coppola, of course. Yesterday, I was happy happy happy to see this guy.  I hugged him at the door!  After all of these months, it was here.  THE table was here, the table I dreamed of, convinced my husband of, paid for, and waited for as it arrived from Canada.  I had cleaned the space the table was to be placed (which consequently is the area in the above picture), and couldn't wait for them to bring it in and set it up.  I was giddy, folks, let's just be honest. And then, the delivery man pulled the pallet to the back, and stopped.  He just stopped and stared at me.  Me with my expectant, excited face.  He handed me a piece of paper and said, "Ooookay, sign here".  Stammering, I asked, "You're not going to bring it in?"  He looked at me with his most incredulous look and said, "I can't get that in there!" What else could I do?  I signed.  And then I stood and stared at this thing, wondering what to do. It made for a great little perch for the kids. Luckily, I thought of a guy who has helped me move things before, I like to call him Mover Mike.  It was complete providence that he was literally five minute from my house, so he and his mover buddy came over and saved me.  I gave them hugs, too.  Then came the fun part.  I finally saw it with my own eyes...
