As of late, I have really been drawn to the aqua and poppy color combination. I am not much of a red person to be honest, I prefer it in small doses, but an aqua room with pops of orangey red (poppy) is really striking. And because I like organization (and for all of you pinners out there), I have arranged all of this gorgeous inspiration by room. I loved it when it first went up (a longstanding favorite color combo), and thought of it last week when I suddenly realized that the magic my son’s (soon-to-be-shared) nursery needs is a few pops of red to liven up the taupe and aqua. Used the famous safety red spray paint on one picture frame, plan to buy an adorable anthropologie ikat frame in a similar color, and now just need a few other little accents, but it’s hugely better already. Just wanted you to know that I came back to this one for inspiration – thanks so much!
