What to do with that pair of nightstands you don’t need anymore? Or the pair you love at an estate sale but don’t know what you would do with them?

If they are substantial enough (at least 30 inches tall – or add legs to shorter ones, found at any hardware store), use them as a buffet! Or even a dresser! The pair above are from Ikea, and you can read all about this successful Ikea hack (plus awesome paint color!) here. This look is so interesting to me, I love “outside the box” thinking! The intense paint color may be necessary to pull this off, and I adore the lamps at opposite ends, too.
